This is to inform you regarding issue / query registered by you through ITS system with ticket number {ticketno}, subsequent to acknowledgement , updatation of the worked out action plan to address your issue / query now its closure status has been also updated in ITS System.
Kindly acknowledge the same and close the issue from your side if satisfied with action taken by ETL or otherwise update your comments if not satisfied reopen the issue /Query within 8 working days. Please note if it is not closed/Reopened by your side within 8 days then it will be closed automatically through system and status will be updated as issues has been resolved.
So please visit ITS system and responds to closure status updated by ETL against your issue/ query.
